Mobile communications and the Internet have become two of the fastest growing industryworldwide and in China. With the rapid development of new technology and constantlyenhance people’s needs, the Mobile Internet become an inevitable trend, the context of thisemerging industry to the slowdown in business growth in the traditional telecom operators tobring new opportunities. Under such circumstances, China’s telecom operators began astrategic transformation of the pace of transition to a modern integrated information serviceprovider, from the traditional telecom operators, business Internet business has become itsstrategic transformation is an important part. With the issuance of3G licenses, the mobileInternet is technically mature and rapid pace of growth of mobile Internet users to carry outtime is ripe for the mobile Internet business.In recent years, the smart phone market share rising, telecom operators competing toupgrade network technology to increase bandwidth, using a variety of terminal equipment tothe Internet surge in the number of users, a wide variety of services, games, applicationsoftware in large numbers, mobile Internet showing a large development trends, particularlythe emergence of mobile social networks set off a wave of new wave of development.Communication has been an integral part of the mobile Internet, so how to synchronizepersonal information between the mobile terminal, has become an urgent problem. Google Sync, QQ Mobile Assistant and Microsoft’s upcoming My Phonewill be a nice try, we are no longer needed because the cell phone upgrade, the phone is lost,bring the data loss to worry about.Synchronization is not the same as the backup, the purpose of this paper is to design thepersonal information synchronization platform for data exchange between a mobile terminal, to bridge the gap between mobile devices and Internet services, all kinds of informationintegration and application, combined with users’ personal information to providepersonalized value-added services, mobile and the Internet complement each other. This paperfirst introduces the current development of mobile Internet and related network protocols, andthen from the server, the client on the use of technology, and how the system design, andfinally implements and tests an address book synchronization system, the above theory andarchitecture design are verificated.
