Design And Implementation Of Mobile Online Business Hall System

Since the late 90s,the telecommunications industry has undergone tremendous changes,with mobile and broadband playing the leading role.In recent years,major domestic mobile operators begin to build electronic channels.Online business hall,as a way of electronic channel,plays a very important role in the operation of commodity brand publicity and basic business management.Various innovative business and diversified service means are constantly introduced,and the market competition is fiercer.However,the key problem of customers waiting too long in business hall is still unsolved..Store-style business hall and online business hall are still unable to meet the needs of customers to inquire and handle business at any time.With the rapid growth of smart phones,in order to effectively alleviate the pressure of entity business hall and online business hall,reduce costs,comply with the market competition situation,and further enhance the consistency and satisfaction of users,online business hall emerges as a new electronic channel.And with the "convenient,preferential,safe" service mode,let customers feel the new experience of "handle at any time,carry-on business" to meet the user's service requirements.This paper studies the whole process of mobile online business hall system from requirement analysis,design,implementation,testing to deployment.In view of the actual business needs of the mobile network business hall system and the technical characteristics of Web application development,this paper adopts the architecture system which separates Web presentation,business logic and database.That is to say,the system design adopts five layers of structure:public layer,presentation layer,business logic layer,data access layer and data layer.The development tool is Myeclipse.With the help of Java programming language,JSP technology,MySQL database and Tomcat server to complete all the functions of the system.It also takes advantage of Myeclipse and Java integrated development toolkit in the development of Web application database.The database of the system adopts MySQL.The database structure is designed by using object-oriented thinking and UMS modeling.All data operations are implemented by stored procedures written by SQL.According to the research status and development trend of the system,the system realizes the related functions of ordinary users and administrators respectively.The paper describes the function and development process of the system from system description,system analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.After repeated research and learning,we successfully completed the development of mobile online business hall system,and successfully passed the test to achieve the desired goal.
