Research And Analysis On English Skill Training And Competition Management Information System

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the Internet, the application of English skills for our study, work and life produces a more lasting influence, so English vocational skills training and competition has become the development hotspot of vocational schools. Accordingly, to improve training competition means becomes inevitable.Traditional training and competition mode is time consuming,work burdening, and is not good at training and inspecting results. And once there is any problem, it’s expensive in correcting. This paper focuses on designing and developing a set of English contest training online system to optimize training and competition process, improve efficiency, save manpower from the computer network technology.This paper takes Zhongshan vocational schools’English skills training, competition state as the research background. Firstly, the thesis gives the needs analysis for English skills training, competition business problems, information management organizations, related personnel and their responsibilities. Then combing the traditional operation process of English skills training contest, the thesis proposes the corresponding optimization scheme. And then, from the user’s point of view, the thesis divides seven function modules—skill training management, pre-examination management, competition management, examination paper management, skills competition, competition results management, resource management and system management, produces system specific cases and the corresponding function package, designs the corresponding entity, abbreviates class diagram and database tables, provides data on the structure of support for the development of the system. In the end, it summarizes the research and development work, and prospects the further work.
