In order to standardize the manufacturing enterprise resource management,the sharing of resources and optimize their distribution.We have established a dynamic database to support manufacturing resources.In the processing of our country manufacturing industry information system development process,focus on the construction of usually set in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)management system,the implementation of manufacturing system(MES)and computer aided manufacturing process(CAPP).But in recent decades with the rapid change of market economy,industry sales have been the original production oriented changes become market oriented,so in manufacturing site organization and management level and the ability to proposed huge challenges.As enterprise systems have their own database system to support and construct,each database system has the different definition of their own field,this caused a database redundancy and confusion.In order to achieve the enterprise manufacturing resources information highly integrated,timely and efficient to meet user demand,this system using advanced manufacturing technology,Internet technology and other related technologies,to establish the enterprise manufacturing resource management system based on the dynamic enterprise customization demand.The main object is to study the dynamic database based on the operation of ERP,MES and CAPP three systems,to achieve a unified data resource management,in order to achieve the effective management of enterprises..
