Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system is key component in implementing Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS), organizing and managing data occupy a very important position in CAPP system. Actually work process of CAPP system is process of accessing and calling and transacting of process planning data and knowledge and process of creating new data. Using dynamic network database of c/s structure, this system develops the process planning database system. According to commonness of process planning database system, author have developed a template system to partly resolve the defect in openness and versatility. Using dynamic Structured Query Language (SQL) sentence and dynamic data windows means ,which makes users dynamically update database structure as they wanted in the course of accessing database. As to static standard data, this system apply simple database snapshot and produce copies of data in local-storage, they can be automatism refurbish by Data Base Management System (DBMS) in appointed time interval, so, time that system cost in network accessing will reduce and system can hold coherence of data. Using poly-condition fuzzy query create an efficiency agility convenient subsystem for users. Preferable security of system and data and consistency of data and preferable dynamic performance is characteristics of this system.
