Research & Development On Network-Based CAPP System

After the analysis of CAPP current situation and trend of development, we put forward the research and development on network-based CAPP system. This system is aimed at improving enterprise work efficiency by the latest network and database technology. In the research, we analyze how are "Agile Manufacturing","Virtual Manufacturing","Virtual Process Planning","Agile Virtual Enterprise" applied in CAPP system; in the development, we come up with a brand-new system called "multiagent-based dynamic enterprise alliance system", which can put multi-agent technology into use very well, so that the entire system can be more intelligent,more active,more compatible; during the building of alliance, we create a method called "profit-driven network bid" which can offer a justice and practical way to help enterprises find partners, and this method is also adaptive in other similar systems.We take full use of network, the most convenient means of communication, in the realizing of this system. From alliance login to enterprise information registering before the alliance is set up, from the task sending to the feedback of bid information during the setting up of the alliance, from the information announcement,real-time communication after the alliance is built to the resort to the alliance headquarter and online update, they are all carried out through network, and all of these will help simplify the operations of customs. The application of database is also a highlight of this system. This system mainly uses the distribution database to organize the overall production resources of enterprises, meanwhile, it adds a database called "enterprises information database" to administrate all the enterprises information concerned. Not only can it assure the security of enterprises internal information, but also it meet the requirement of maintaining their data respectively.With the rapid development of information technology, our traditional ways of life and work are greatly changed.
