Process planning is the bridge to link product design and manufacture. The CAPP system in 3D environment is an important means to realize the quantitative and intelligent process planning. It has significant meaning to improve product research and development. The thesis has a research to two important technologies in the research and development of CAPP based on 3D CAD environment including process feature and the design of manufacture resources, process modeling and database.In generalized analysis components design and manufacture process each kind of information interdependence, the thesis put forward the concept of process feature based on the principle of feature modeling method, has produced the process characteristic definition and it's significance, and used the object-oriented method to establish the components information model based on the process feature. This not only provides the components information for CAPP, but also provides the technical support for the design system development facing the manufacture.Through the definition of process feature, the thesis not only describes the model of components information, moreover establishes the relation between process feature and the processing method, using the cutting tool, as well as the relation between the cutting tool and the engine bed, has established the object-oriented data model, thus establishes unification database of resources.By above analysis foundation, using the object-oriented model and the relational database mapping rule, the thesis developed the components information, the engine bed, the cutting tool and the craft database prototype system, confirmed the process feature concept not only to be advantageous to establish organic relation of each kind of databases and the knowledge library, but also be convenient for the knowledge application, simultaneously be convenient for the process method inference, provided technical support for the system comprehensive development and the application of CAPP based on 3D CAD environment. |
