With the deep integration of industrialization and information of smart grid,communication protocols,equipment,systems,etc.gradually become tolerant and open from isolation and closed.The huge number of access terminals,complex access environment and wide application of wireless communication make the communication process face a variety of security threats,such as malicious device access,data eavesdropping and tampering,which directly affect the normal operation of the smart grid.The smart grid information security is the basis to ensure the high-efficiency and stable operation of the smart grid.In this paper,the smart grid information acquisition system is used as an example to discuss the key technology of security in the process of information exchange based on the analysis and summary of smart grid security objectives.The main work and innovation are as follows:(1)Communication protocol is the basic rule of data interaction.In this paper,the security problems of common communication protocol Modbus/TCP in smart grid industrial control system are analyzed.Based on the protocol specification,the vulnerability detection scheme based on depth detection is proposed.Specifically,multiple types of anomaly packets are constructed to simulate communication,the communication flow and response data indicate that there are security vulnerabilities in the protocol,such as clear text transmission,redundant data no truncated,function code and data no verification,function code no role distinction,equipment access no authentication.(2)Device access authentication is a prerequisite for system reliability.In this paper,a lightweight bi-directional device authentication protocol for smart meters and collectors in smart grid information acquisition systems is presented.The proposed protocol is based on the shared security key and random number to make mutual authentication,the security key of the embedded device chip is used to determine the legitimacy of the identity of the access device and to avoid the use of third-party services such as certificates.The analysis of protocol security shows that the man-in-the-middle attacks and replay attacks can be effectively prevented and the reliability of the system can be ensured.(3)Data security transmission is the key to the stable operation of smart grid.In this paper,the problem of dynamic secret-based encryption scheme for smart grid wireless communication is improved.The symmetric key algorithm is used to improve the communication efficiency.During the communication,the effect sequence is generated at both sides to update the dynamic encryption key and the self-organization and management of the key are realized.In addition,based on HAMC and Hash algorithm,a lightweight message digest scheme is proposed,which effectively resist the off-line collisions and length-extended attacks.The result of simulation experiment show that the proposed scheme can ensure the synchronization and accuracy of key update,and is significantly better than typical encryption algorithm in time consuming.
