As an important part of logistics,the sorting technology has experienced several technical changes,from the initial manual sorting,mechanical sorting,to the present automatic sorting technology.The input mode of information in the process of automatic sorting is an important factor affecting the efficiency of sorting system.At present in the automatic sorting system of logistics center,the bar code technology and RFID technology are the most common information instruction input technology.RFID technology has more advantages than the bar code technology in automatic sorting because of the characteristics of non-contact identification,mobile identification,fast reading and writing.In the sorting process,the number of readers in centralized identification is less than a single identification,so sorting main line centralized identification have advantageous to reducing logistics costs.Through investigation,in the automatic sorting centralized identification,as result of the RFID system of the reading area is too large,there will be read a number of electronic tags simultaneously,and lead to sorting error.Therefore,in the automatic sorting centralized identification,we need to ensure that the reader can only read a label.In this paper,by studying working principle of the reader antenna,and analyze the factors influencing continuous reading of the electronic tag.Including:antenna direction,antenna type,reader transmit power.And build a RFID based experimental environment,research found that the edge of the antenna reading literacy rate instability is affecting the electronic tag reading continuously important factor in the success rate.By studying the shielding principle and shielding materials,this article puts forward the shielding box solve he shielding antenna reading fringe literacy rate instability.We designed a simple shield box,and test their effectiveness.By adjusting the transmission power of the reader,the moving speed of the label pitch and label found under the right conditions,RFID systems can reach a higher success rate of continuous reading.Based on RFID system in the automatic sorting system of special application scenarios,analyzes and compares the characteristics of RFID systems for applications in automatic sorting system provides a reference.And made a simple analysis for the RFID system in different sorting machine.
