At present, the commercial Banks generally established a relatively perfect credit management system, in front of the credit and credit in the process, with the help of due diligence, risk assessment, etc, and IT means modernization, efforts to control the credit risk and the pursuit of maximum benefits of credit. But as the scale of credit and credit customers, the growing stock of traditional commercial Banks on credit risk management demand is higher and higher. However due to the business goals as well as the existing IT infrastructure distributed "information island" effect, make the existing manual management on the one hand can’t in our internal unified, comprehensive and timely grasp the same customer all business state in order to make objective evaluation, on the one hand, more difficult for the industry, region, age, different state of real estate enterprise customer base of the whole real estate mortgage management to grasp in the macroscopic on continuous effectively improve credit policy and management scheme.This article is based on J2 EE architecture, on the basis of studies the Struts framework using B/S structure design patterns. Development using MVC based on J2 EE architecture, using MSSQLServer2012 database. Bank loans in comprehensive analysis the structure of the management system and business requirements, according to the software application design method, on the basis of the first mortgage information management system for the needs analysis, and take the UML modeling technology science, system use case diagram, carries on the overall design of the system accordingly. Elaborated the system architecture, main system design of the main function modules including customer information management module, customer credit control module, mortgage center after the examination and approval administration module, the mortgage tracking management module, and so on. For each business process of real estate mortgage, module design and implementation of the various business classification.Based on J2 EE platform and the Struts framework technology of J bank real estate mortgage management system has good portability, perfect security and high reusable sex etc. Architecture and system can develop deployed in different environments in portable applications. Housing management system based on J2 EE development is not dependent on any specific hardware and operating system, middleware, so after a development can be deployed to all kinds of system platform, use Git to realize software version management, iterations, and updates. This in a typical bank system heterogeneous computing environment is critical.
