With the rapid development of streaming media technology,the game video industry changes the initial one-way asynchronous communication,into real-time bidirectional interaction.Live platforms focusing on the game have emerged,and provide the audience a totally new convenient and comfortable experience of watching game.Game live platforms present the explosive growth in the short term.Their vast users and capital injection have triggered the public's attention.In this paper,combining with long-term observation and data records,I emphatically analyzed the domestic game live platform,the research object,into four parts,the characters of content,form,operation mode and the users(anchor and fans).Meanwhile,I take the two most representative foreign platforms Twitch and Afreeca TV as examples.Through the comparison and analysis,we can provide reference of the following research,the reflections and summary of the development of China's game live platform.I regard the game live platform as a communication media,and analysis it from the media itself(platform),the communicator(anchor)and the audience(fans)in-depth.As a new media,the game live platform is no longer just a single channel of communication,the medium is the message.Therefore,the study of the platform is divided into three parts:contents,forms and operation mode.In the end,the problems of interface design,content,copyright,interactive channel and profit model of the platform are summarized and the feasible solutions are put forward for reference.
