Research And Design Of The Comprehensive Management Platform Of Universities Based On B/S

With the advent of the information age of modern society,people from all walks of life have clearly felt more and more intense competition,and the fundamental change.With the expansion of the enrollment scale,the number of students,the management model has been unable to meet the needs of the growing.Building a comprehensive information management platform with complete function and wide coverage,to extract and analyze the useful macro statistical data and micro detailed data from the school of different business departments,a large number of data resources stored in different departments,in order to assist the analysis of decision-making.At the same time,high-tech information related to computer technology is applied more widely and deeply in the production process,the computer network technology matures.Therefore,based on this,this paper mainly studies the establishment of the integrated management platform,complete the following work:Firstly,research and analysis of the current situation and development trend of the management informatization in universities,to determine the basic needs and objectives of the construction and the framework of the application of construction and related key technologies.Secondly,according to the determination of the construction goal,to the University of all business needs analysis,to determine the functional requirements of the system construction.Thirdly,according to the system framework,application technology and detailed requirements analysis,detailed design of the system's overall architecture,technical architecture,physical architecture,as a basis for project implementation.Fourthly,according to the system framework,system is divided into six subsystems,teaching,administration,scientific research,campus services,and the function module of the system of description and the corresponding business processes were analyzed in detail,as a basis for implementation.This paper expounds the integrated management platform is based on J2 EE platform,B / S architecture development,combines the advantages of the current business needs and emerging technologies,makes the system run more stable and rapid,the application is simpler,flexible,and colleges and universities.By using thissystem can change the management mode of the University,the staff thoroughly get rid of traditional business of heavy manual operation,at the same time,the rapid flow of information within the campus,between different departments related information can be fully interconnected sharing,processing and analysis,decision support,further supporting the management of Campus.
