J2EE-based Technology Companies Integrated Services Management Platform Research

In recent years, the Chinese government popularizes extensively e-government to work in the internet, which improves the efficiency of the government office and has played a great promoting role in the realization of the development strategy of "using information technology to promote industrialization and modernization". Dalian comprehensively implements the concept of scientific development, accelerates the building of the innovational governments, enhances the ability of independent innovation, promotes scientific and technological development, and realizes a new leap forward in the technology industry. Whereas, Dalian existing tools for serving and managing technology companies, which can not meet the development needs of the technology industry in Dalian, needs to upgrade the level of information. Developing Technology Companies Integrated Services Management Platform to implement network and digital level of Dalian technology services and management, which is of significance in enhancing the ability of independent innovation in Dalian and building a comprehensive innovation-oriented city.According to the actual statements and new requirement of Dalian technology companies integrated services management, this thesis researches and designs eight systems: hi-tech enterprises confirmation, hi-tech enterprises rehearing, hi-tech projects (products) confirmation, the hi-tech projects (products) rehearing, private technology enterprises information collection, the Torch Project information collection, the Public Platform for Technical Supporting Technology Company and system management system. System adopts the B/S as the system's software structure, and makes good use of the J2EE integrating the frameworks of Struts and Hibernate to implement Technology Companies Integrated Services Management Platform.The application of Technology Companies Integrated Services Management Platform, improves the level and efficiency of serving and managing the technology companies, provides the sharing of scientific and technological resources for technology companies, especially provides the software resources database for the software enterprises and plays a positive promoting role in the development of the technology industry.
