Design And Implementation Of The Integrated Management Information System Of University Student Affairs Office

With the rapid development of computer information technology and Internet, network information technology has become an important part of the management of colleges and universities, colleges and universities have implemented internal network infrastructure construction, and uses some information management system such as academic affairs management, office automation and personnel management system. However, as for the main management object management of colleges and universities, and for the student management informationization construction, a lot of the student affairs office of universities still uses traditional manual method for information management. Low efficiency, high error rate and repeated and complex faults have made complaints from students and faculty, so it is very imminent to research and use a set of college student affairs management system, which could improve the management efficiency, enhance the level of information management system.By researching the actual operation of the student affairs office of the communication university of China, we made a detailed analysis of the business process of all work, including student information management poor student loan application for examination and approval Work-study job management, especially in comprehensive evaluation algorithm and the selection conditions of the awards assessment evaluation and exclusive logical relations. We summed up the corresponding system requirements, and made the use of UML modeling language for system design, and finally used the Java language and MySQL to achieve the comprehensive management system, which would help college student affairs office for the daily management of the student affairs.At first, the paper discussed the research background, the significance and research status, and summarized the adopted technology of the system implementation. Second, the paper combined the actual business process analysis system requirements, and then explained the detailed design of the system implementation and test results.Having overall running at early, the system is in good condition, which improve the efficiency of management of student affairs office daily work. It also won the student affairs office teacher and leadership’s consistent affirmation, although there are still some gaps and needs to be improved.
