With the rapid development of Weifang’s economic, the traffic mileage of within the main trunk line and highway is continuously growing. The continuous development of highway construction make the daily maintenance management of the highway become more and more important, and the update of the maintenance management technology has become an effective means to consolidate the results of road construction, increase the service capacity of the road network, and fully use the investment efficiency of highway construction, and also become effective measures of the safe operation. Modern management techniques have improved requirements of quality, scale, and efficiency of information, so the traditional manual road maintenance management mode can not meet the requirements of the current road maintenance management. In order to better maintain the highway, it is necessary to implement specific functions by sub-module. This paper described the design and implementation process of the road maintenance management system of Weifang Highway Administration.Firstly, combined with the business management needs for road maintenance, using the object-oriented analysis and design ideas, combined with the demand for object-oriented use case descriptions, design description and based on the realization of the net platform technology to achieve the implementation of the overall road maintenance business needs. Related needs in the the related needs design process, through the Unified Modeling Language use case descriptions, dynamic and static modeling analysis. ASP.NET programming language used in the system implementation process, technical use of the more popular AJAX technology, based on B/S mode and detailed work to achieve. The detailed design stage, the main use of the extended use case model class diagram and collaboration interaction diagram detailed design description. Through the detailed design of the system, the data stored in the database design and implementation. In the process of system implementation, effective combination of Ajax-based request asynchronous processing and interface technology to achieve the interface and business logic implementation, system unit testing by test cases.The system implemented the functional modules including pass and blocking of traffic, daily maintenance, large and medium repair of road surface, and large and medium repair of bridges, special projects, system management. The system make the operation of the road maintenance management become easier and clearer, and improve the overall work efficiency of road maintenance.
