With the development of China’s manufacturing industry, hydraulic technology is increasingly being applied to industrial equipment, whether it is oil exploration, railway construction, auto brake, or hydraulic equipment. It is playing an pivotal role. Compared with foreign hydraulic technology, domestic technology is still has a certain distance, which has obvious deficiencies in terms of reliability, service life and other aspects. Therefore, improving the hydraulic technology has a vital significance for the development of China’s manufacturing industry.As an integral part of the development of hydraulic technology, hydraulic test plays an important role in a study of the performance of each component and the system. With the development of hydraulic test platform, researchers no longer manually record the data but use computer technology for data monitoring and processing, which greatly improves the accuracy and test speed. One hand, the researchers can have a comprehensive understanding of the hydraulic system to discover and solve problems timely by observing the output of the device temperature, oil pressure and other information. On the other hand, it can provide effective technology to the equipment and improve research capabilities through hydraulic test platform, which will better enhance the performance of hydraulic equipment.In this paper, the design of visual hydraulic testing platform of data monitoring system based on SQL Server database is raised. The design monitor and management the output data of hydraulic equipment through the multi channel data acquisition card. The system consists of four modules, including system settings module, monitoring module, data query module, and database management module. The real time display is developed on the monitor module, add the monitoring data into the Zedgraph drawing control, to display the multi channel dynamic data, contribute to show the operation state, the response time of the hydraulic system, at the same time, the drawing waveform curves with different colors, different labels to distinguish between which can realize the amplification, print, save, transfer and other functions. In addition, in order to show the indicators of hydraulic equipment of test platform more accurate, the system has added a basic set. collection mode, checking value set, the graphical query, data export, database management and other functions which increase the flexibility and practicality of the system. In this paper, using.NET Framework 4 as the development environment, using C# language winform to interface software, and SQL Server 2008 database to store data at the same time to achieve a friendly man-machine interactive operation, making the test system more specification, faster and higher efficiency. The application of the database system uses three layers, including the user interface layer, business logic layer and data access layer, the structure of the modular programming makes it easy to expand, maintenance and transplant. After the test, the hydraulic test data monitoring platform designed in this paper has good timeliness, which can respond quickly to the changes in the running state of hydraulic equipment, the equipment can accurately reflect the output data by setting the checking value in real-time, and the error is within the allowable range.
