With the development of sensor technology and wireless communication technology,the application of wireless sensor network(WSN)in intelligent agriculture has become one of the frontier hotspot research fields.Greenhouse is an important infrastructure in agricultural production,its development directly reflects the level of agricultural productivity.Through the wireless sensor network,automatic monitoring of greenhouse environmental parameters,in order to meet the crop growth of the optimal set of ways,can enhance agricultural production efficiency and quality.This paper puts forward the design and implementation of low cost intelligent monitoring system for greenhouse based on wireless sensor network.At present,the mainstream wireless network protocol stack,such as WIFI,ZigBee,Bluetooth,etc.,have high hardware requirements on the microprocessor and wireless chips,Which leads to the high hardware cost.This article designed a novel lightweight wireless communication protocol stack,which can run on the low-end processor,while reducing the requirements for wireless communication equipment,reducing the hardware cost of building a wireless sensor network system.In this paper,the overall architecture of the intelligent monitoring system for greenhouses and the concrete realization of the collector,repeater and base station are designed.Collectors through the SH10,BH1750 FVI,MG811 and other sensors to collect temperature and humidity,light intensity,carbon dioxide concentration and other environmental parameters,and wirelessly upload data to the repeater.The repeater mainly plays the role of relaying data,and the data is transmitted upwards,and the control commands are transmitted downward.Repeater based on STM32 platform,equipped with FreeRTOS embedded real-time operating system,with multi-card function.Communication with the collector CC2510,2.4G wireless communication with faster transmission rate,through the SX1278 to communicate base stations in the 433 M band,using LoRa spread spectrum technology to have a longer transmission distance.The role of the base station is to parse and store data,through the GPRS time to upload data to the server.Data center on the server platform for unified management of data,you can query the system status or issued a control command.This paper mainly elaborates the embedded software development part,that is,the design and implementation of the program flow of collector,repeater and base station.The test results show that the independent lightweight wireless communication protocol stack has the characteristics of small amount of code,less memory,high hardware compatibility and strong portability.The wireless sensor network built in this paper is applied in greenhouse intelligent monitoring system effectively.The system has low cost in development of software and hardware and it has a good application prospect in the field of intelligent agriculture.
