Information technology and automation in agricultural production are important symbols of modern agriculture with important social and economic significance. Greenhouse is an important way of agricultural production, which has great significance in accelerating the pace of agricultural modernization by improving its information technology and automation level. With the development of network and communication technology, wireless sensor network, with low power consumption, safety, reliability, low cost in construction and many other advantages, has became the first choice of various control and monitoring network. Wireless sensor network is widely used in agricultural automation, intelligent home, industrial control and medical health industry. This paper will firstly introduce wireless sensor networks , analyze its classification and features, and then design a ZigBee wireless sensor network protocol based on the current monitoring system of greenhouse agriculture program. The program will use CC2430 wireless sensor network chip to capture node in greenhouse environment. It can also achieve measurements in the a疤?emperature, humidity, carbon dioxide level and the collection of soil volumetric water content, sent the environmental parameters to the main server through wireless sensor network, and implement data analysis, storage, query and other functions. It can solve the problem of the difficulty in monitoring parameters. Thus greatly reduce labor input and increase productivity. This paper has analyzed wireless sensor network layer routing protocol in great depth, realized the simulation of LEACH, and analyzed the characteristics and the existing problems of the protocol. It has also stimulated experiments on the improved algorithm of LEACH-C and compared the performances of the two routing algorithms. Simulation results show that, LEACH-C is more preferable in power consumption, network lifetime and the stability of the network compared with LEACH, which can be better applied to my greenhouse sensor network program. At last, the paper has summarized both the problems and harvest during the design, and also put forward prospect for future work.
