| The residential community with property management is currently the first and foremost preference when people are making a house purchase. It’s obvious that people concern extremely about whether there is property management in a residential area. Based on what I have researched and grasped.the current situation is that most managements are done manually,which is followed by many problems:the heavy load of statistic work,low efficiency; devoid of secrecy. But the essence work of management is very simple,which may only include the service of fee charging and security safeguarding etc. In the end, the ways of property management become clumsy and inflexible. The use of computer,on the contrary,can free people from heavy and tedious manual work of statistics,calculation and inquiry. Meanwhile it is easier to maintain,update and inquiry. Only a few small operations will let residents get the accurate necessary information. And it is a new research subject to adopt a more advanced and modern programming to develop a software system so that it can take advantage of computers to carry out the property management and the service to all the residents,finally realizing the transition from manual work to automation. This thesis "The Design and Implementation of Community Property Management" is just based on such an idea.This thesis systematically illustrates the overview of cultivation,investigation,the feasibility analysis on the demand, the description of cultivation backgrounds,and the tools to be applied.the overall designation of its system,the test and maintenance in six chapters. Besides,the design and management of server terminal,and the code implementation are included as well. On the basis of thorough analysis upon the demands,it aims to turn the research subject into realistic achievement—that is:a background database should be established with the use of Eclipse software to write the program code and operate the software.which can be applied to any place.any residential area,with proper managements.The Community Property Management system is based on the J2ee Structure and cultivated and designed with Eclipse Research Tool,which has a considerate compatibility with the languages such as. It not only provides with large numbers of code generators,table designers,but more strikingly.it offers various instructions and guidance,thus making programming much more faster than ever. These six functional modules of the system are separately divided as:the management of the residents’basic information; the management of the information of the buildings and flat,maintenance and repair submission system management for the residents,complaints submission system management for the residents Management system of property charge submission and system management.Such a system can carry out the following functions:data entry,addition,revision, statistics,inquiry,updating,deletion,printing and setting of fresh users and code amendments etc. So it can basically meet the requirement of the residents and management staff in their daily management jobs. |
