J2EE(service oriented architecture) namely face the service the architecture, it spoke application procedure the different function unit(to be called service) to define the good structure through these services between to contact with the contract. XML visiting database’s form of this performance has been manifesting this special characteristic.In order to realize each kind of function of estate management system’s, this design has used present advanced technology of JSP(JAVA Server Pages) and the technology of SQLServer2008 The design process in specific, I chose the JSP technology development in the MVC structure, MVC use of MODEL, VIEW, CONTROLLER between the distribution of user requests. Thanks to the inquiry, writer ultimately completes the design of this system by using of Struts controller – the leader of the MVC.The department function contains in entirely the plot estate management process each kind of service management(charge service, berth service and so on) the input, the inquiry, the renewal, the deletion and so on each module, realizes the plot superintendent and the owner may achieve the good communication, the interaction through this system, the superintendent may use the system optimization management, the owner may enjoy to a higher quality service through the system.This article contains the various processes of the development of this system experienced, including technical background, needs analysis; outline design, detailed design, and so on.
