As a tool for storing gas,gas cylinders have the characteristics of high working pressure,light quality,cleanness and safety.The cylinder is provided with a highpressure combustible gas,so it is necessary for the inspection of gas cylinders,the hydrostatic test is necessary for cylinder factory inspection and regular inspection in daily,the pressure cylinder hydraulic pressure test device source there are security risks,hydraulic control execution automation mechanism is not high.In view of the above problems,this article uses the gas-liquid booster pump as the pressure source,PLC as the controller of the hydraulic pressure test control system to realize the improvement of the device.According to the design requirements and process analysis of cylinder hydraulic pressure test device,this paper has developed hydrostatic pressure test control system based on air-driven liquid pressurization with lateral method.The whole control system is divided into the air-driven liquid pressurization unit and water pressure detection control unit,the design of the pressurized separation part and the control section,to ensure the safety of testing personnel.Controlling linear valve output of water pressure and flow through electronic-pneumatic regulator,air-driven liquid pump intake pressure will increase according to the ratio of hydraulic cylinder pressure,the pressure reaches the set pressure,air-driven liquid pump will stop working,realizing the packing process.Increasing the driving gas on-off valve,water valve,high-pressure valve,electromagnetic pressure relief valve and other parts in the hydraulic test loop,to prevent water reflux and promptly cut off the pressure source.Selecting reliable sensor to test data collected,at the same time,designing the hardware design,electrical design.For the hydraulic test control requirements,this paper has designed fuzzy PID controller control strategy based on the analysis of control system,and the transfer function was obtained by analyzing the system control model.Designing model in MATLAB and choosing the fuzzy control module.Inputting control parameters and system simulation,to improve the anti-interference ability of the system.This paper uses SIEMENS TP900 control panel,S7-1200 PLC,SM1243 as upper and lower computer control structure.Designing PLC program and PC program under the TIA V13 software.The test parameters are transmitted to PLC through the host computer,the test process parameters are collected and fed back to the host computer through PLC,and the host computer has real-time monitoring data and historical data preservation function.Through the simulation and test of MATLAB hydraulic pressure withstand test control system,the gas-liquid booster pump can not only ensure the safety of the device,but also provide the water pressure and flow rate to meet the hydraulic test requirements.Through the actual curve analysis,the design of fuzzy PID controller improves the hydraulic test control accuracy,while the gas circuit components connected to the controller to improve the degree of automation control.
