Process-control systems play an important role in modern industrial production process.People will generally choose the temperature,liquid level,flow and pressure as the controlled physical quantity.The controlled object of this article is water level.The experimental apparatus is an A3000 process control system.It has strong industrial features,which can simulate a variety of industrial processes.The adaptive fuzzy PID controller doesn't need to establish model.Furthermore,its robustness and anti-jamming performance is stronger.So it has been used widely.In this paper,the controller of the adaptive fuzzy PID has used to control the multi-tank liquid level in the following framework.The main content of the thesis are as follows.First of all,this paper introduces the PID,cloud model and fuzzy control.It combines algorithms to design the cloud PID controller and the adaptive fuzzy PID controller effectively. Then we use Simulink simulation software to simulate the water level of the tank system. It can be seen that the control effect of the adaptive fuzzy PID controller is the best one in the simulation.It shows that it has strong robustness.Based on the adaptive fuzzy PID controller,we designed an intelligent controller by using particle swarm algorithm.We use particle swarm algorithm to correct the fuzzy adaptive PID controller parameter off-line.Then it assigned the optimized parameter values to the corresponding parameters so that it can make up for the problem of the defects of the fuzzy controller and PID controller parameters.This new controller applied in the tank system.The control system is simulated in MATLAB.The simulation results show that the effect of this new intelligent controller is better than the conventional PID controller and the adaptive fuzzy PID controller.Then the principle and characteristics of the single capacity and double capacity water tank are analyzed in this paper.According to its principle and characteristic,we can formulate the control strategy and design the adaptive fuzzy PID controller.It used MATLAB to compile the program of the adaptive fuzzy PID controller and used Kingview software to design the monitor screen of the tank site.This paper briefly introduces the connection of data exchanged between MATLAB and Kingview of the connection between PC client and A3000 system.Then the experiment of the A3000 system is carried out,and the feasibility of the control algorithm can be obtained from the experiment.Finally,the full paper has been summarized.It analyzes the advantages of this controller in this paper,and puts forward to the worthy improved place,and points out the future research direction.
