With the rapid development of modern industry,the precision of control process is becoming more and more high,and the classical control method is difficult to meet the needs of modern industrial production.Although many new control methods have been proposed,the control theory cannot be applied to industrial production because of the serious disconnection from actual industrial production.Therefore,we need a platform to simulate industrial production and more accurate control algorithm,and in-depth research to meet the needs of industrial production.This paper bases on the liquid level control system of Depushi double tank,combines the artificial colony algorithm with the fuzzy PID control,and studies the design of the water tank level control system and the joint optimization of the algorithm.Firstly,the experimental platform of water tank level control system is designed and modeled.Focus on the control platform and build the model for research.On the one hand,the structure and control principle of the control platform are expounded in detail,and the main control parts are explained in detail.On the other hand,through the explanation of the control principle of the experimental platform,the mathematic model is abstracted,and the experimental platform is modeled by the mechanism modeling method.Secondly,the control strategy of joint optimization is studied deeply,and a fuzzy PID control strategy based on improved artificial colony algorithm(ABC-FPID)is proposed.The improved artificial colony algorithm is to introduce the crossover operation into the algorithm based on the standard artificial bee colony algorithm,which increases the diversity of the population and avoids getting into the local optimal solution,and obtains a set of more precise PID control parameters.The core idea of ABC-FPID control strategy is to make use of the characteristic of improving the global optimization ability of artificial colony,get the initial parameter of a group of fuzzy PID control,and then use the real-time monitoring ability of fuzzy PID control to make real-time on-line correction,until a group of solutions satisfying the requirement of liquid level control is obtained.Finally,the control strategy is simulated and verified by the water tank level control system.The conventional PID control strategy and the ABC-FPID control strategy are used to simulate and analyze the dual-capacity water tank,compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two control strategies,and apply the two control strategies to the actual liquid level control system to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm.The simulation of three tank model is carried out to verify the universal adaptability of the control strategy and can be applied to different control platforms.The control strategy can control the complicated control system and provide an effective control method for the control process in the industrial production.
