Design Of Storage Environment Remote Security Monitoring System Based On IoT

Storage environment monitoring is an important means to realize the storage of goods storage safety and the safety of the work environment,at the same time is also the key to realize the intelligent storage management.The quality of storage environment monitoring is closely related to security.Recently,due to the failure of storage monitoring,not comprehensive and delay has caused many safety issues such as workers were injured and damaged items.Therefore,it is of great significance to protect the personal safety of workers and the safety of the occupational environment by implement effective storage environment monitoring.With the progress of science and technology,storage monitoring also need to combine with the new technology,in order to better deal with the storage data collection,transmission,management and other work,and constantly strengthen the storage safety management.Aiming at the existing problems,combined with the use of the new technology of Internet of things background,to design the overall scheme of the remote safety monitoring system for storage environment based on the Internet of things.Choose the Bluetooth Low Energy wireless communication module which is launched by TI(Texas Instruments)company.The storage environment safety monitoring system based on the structure of BLE Piconet network topology is framed.The hardware design of the system mainly includes two parts: BLE data acquisition unit and host data center unit;The software design mainly realizes the BLE communication between the master-slave machine,the collection and transmission of storage environment parameters,and the PC upper machine data monitoring center software for data processing,display and upload to the server.The server(OneNet)receives and stores the display data and provides network services.In this paper,the storage environment remote safety monitoring system which is designed based on new technology of Internet of things,not only makes full use of the traditional wireless sensor network technology,measures the data of the storage environment(Including temperature and humidity,light intensity,combustible gas and harmful gas concentration),and realizes the real-time monitoring of storage environment,but also combines the new technology of Internet of things to realize storage remote environment monitoring,and provide fire and accident alarm.The acquisition unit of the safety monitoring system does not need to be wired,the position of the monitoring points can be rearranged at any time according to the requirements,the network is flexible and the applicability is good.The test performance of the system is stable,and the measuring speed and precision meet the predetermined design requirements.
