Based on radio frequency identification devices(RFID),global positioning system,camera shooting and other Internet of Things technology which can realizing the collection of vehicle information in real time and vehicle's tracking and positioning through the whole journey,enhancing vehicle information acquisition approaches to improve vehicle management efficiency,and also enhancing the level of informatization in police's vehicle management.Specific to basic information of vehicle,various conditions and position information,making use of the Internet of Things and mobile communication technology to carry out vehicle tracking and positioning project design based on the Internet of Things technology.The main contents include:(1)Design of vehicle tracking and positioning systems.From the Internet of Things technology's application framework in the vehicle management todemonstrate the overall project in details.The design scheme is divided into three levels,namely the sensing layer,network layer and application layer,and we will have a brief introduction of each layer's function and effect.Furthermore,have detailed introduction to the logical structure and design methods of sensing layer,network layer and application layer.(2)Design of vehicle information collection and storage plan.Starting from theclassification of the vehicle information,dividing vehicle information into three categories,as the basic information collected by radio frequency identification devices(RFID),the video,image and audio information captured by the vehicle camera,and the vehicle position information collected by the GPS device.Respectively stored in three different servers,as for the basic information of the vehicle and the vehicle's video,image and audio information is stored in the ordinary server,position information of the vehicle utilizing cloud storage technology to store in the cloud database.Each server is divided information into several subcategories and then stored,the time information,license plate number,latitude,longitude and name of the owner stored by classified so as to find and call easily.(3)Design of the vehicle and the network communications project.From thehardware layout,introducing mobile communication technology of vehicle's signal source from collection terminal to user terminal,also the layout scheme of mobile station and base station.Vehicle signal transmission by cable from signal collector to the binding mobile station,and transmitted from the mobile station to the base station through the mobile communication technology,and then sent to the appropriate server by cable,next the server at the request of the user terminal,the corresponding information is transmitted via wire mode to the user terminal,and finally delivered to the user through a visual interface.To amplify the signal and design an Anti-interference circuit for the system.(4)Vehicle tracking and positioning client terminal design.Using LabVIEW development platform to develop user-friendly client software.Begin with the software program design,and then introduce the design method of the main program and the design scheme of serial data communication.What's more,detailed description of the client software's operation interface and the use method.To illustrate the process of according to the vehicle's basic information the client entered to search the car's position information and combined with maps to identify the specific location of the vehicle on the map,to achieve the purpose of vehicle tracking and positioning.
