| Through the investigation and analysis of the assembly workshops for small and medium-sized enterprises,the parts of the assembly shop are tracked and positioned and modularized design and implementation are completed.The layout of the assembly line assembly line production site was studied in a targeted manner,the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,and then the on-site layout of the assembly shop was simplified.The RFID technology was applied to the parts of the assembly shop,and the assembly workshop-RFID parts tracking and positioning site layout were established.The RFID technology was used to realize the collection of assembly shop system parts data information and the monitoring of the real-time current assembly process progress.Based on the analysis of the working conditions and requirements of the assembly shop of discrete manufacturing companies,the overall structure of the parts tracking and positioning system for the assembly shop was designed,including the system functional structure models,the system business process model,and the system architecture model.Aiming at the layout situation of the assembly shop production site,it is concluded that there are many kinds of data information about the assembly process of the workshop parts,and there are many problems of a series of assembly process,such as huge data and easy data collision,so the assembly is given.The networking scheme for the workshop when the parts are assembled includes communication between RFID readers and other equipment and the establishment of a wireless network of the workshop to realize real-time transmission and monitoring of parts data,and at the same time,detailed research on the real-time collection,transmission and storage of assembly data in multi-position states.The method of tracking and locating the parts has been established,which lays a theoretical foundation and theoretical basis for experimental verification of the tracking and positioning of parts in the assembly shop.The system establishes a system database model targeting assembly parts,including static data onto parts,such as basic parameters,process attributes,etc,as well as dynamic information such as part assembly position information and current processing progress information in the parts assembly process.According to the process flow of parts in the assembly process,an E-R(solid-linkage)models is constructed,and the database table structure design is designed according to the E-R model.Finally,using Eclipse development tools,Java development language,Mysql5.5 database,using the MVC framework model and the modular design concept,developed the system's client terminal and data server.The system includes five functional modules: system login,data acquisition,data management,part tracking and positioning,and system setup.Through example verification,it can be observed that the reader's corresponding and the host computer successfully received the tag information data identified by the reader,indicating that the system communication was successful,and also verified the various functional modules of the system. |
