In the current era of the Internet of Things,in order to meet the ever-expanding production scale and harsh mining environment of open-pit mine enterprises,it has become an urgent need for the mining industry to accelerate the realization of open-pit mining enterprise information construction and production automation.In this situation,the vehicle supervision of open-pit mine system came into being.Among them,the communication technology and positioning technology are the key to the implementation of this system,which determines the performance and efficiency of the open-pit mine vehicle monitoring system.In recent years,in order to increase the production capacity and management efficiency of open-pit mining companies and reduce operating costs,domestic and foreign companies and research institutes have successively introduced a variety of vehicle supervision and dispatching systems developed for open-pit mines,and the DISPATCH system of Modular company in the United States is a typical representative.Although many achievements have been achieved in previous research,but limited to the current communication technology,the traditional open-pit mine vehicle supervision system has defects and disadvantages in practical application,and its development and application have been affected.This thesis has designed an open-pit mine vehicle supervision system based on GPS positioning and ZETA Internet of Things technology for the management and scheduling of vehicles in the daily production of open-pit mines.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This thesis studies the importance and significance of the open-pit mine vehicle management system for the development of open-pit mine enterprises,summarize the research status and development trends at home and abroad,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current open-pit mine vehicle management system in actual use.(2)The open-pit mine vehicle scheduling theory system is studied from three perspectives:optimal path,traffic flow planning and real-time scheduling.(3)Researching the positioning and wireless communication technology which applied in the open-pit mine vehicle management system currently,and aiming at the shortcomings of existing communication technologies,a communication solution based on the ZETA Low Power Wide Area Internet of Things is designed.(4)Based on the Keil MDK development platform and Altium Designer circuit design simulation software,the vehicle-mounted mobile terminal with the STM32F103 series microprocessor as the core is designed.The working principle,software design and hardware design of ATGM332D-5N navigation positioning module,ZETA communication module and power supply module are analysed.(5)Adopting the modular design idea and taking the WebGIS technology as the core,and the design of the open-pit vehicle supervision system based on the B/S software architecture is completed.The working principle and design scheme of the data management module,the communication module,the user management module and the electronic map module are expounded.The research work shows that the communication solution based on the Low Power Wide Area Internet of Things technology in the open-pit vehicle supervision system has the value of popularization and application,and solves the problem of unreliable communication in the open-pit mine,which can improve the modern management level of the open pit enterprises,promote the construction of information,reduce the cost of production.
