The transaction of operation maintenance is one of the critical factors to assure the high efficiency of business for Shanghai united communication service company.In the situation of more and more rapid upgrades and short time service responding,the problem of how to realize a more reliable and efficient operation maintenance becomes one of the critical problems which must be solved effectively.The topic of this thesis is right about how to address this problem by means of information system and software engineering techniques.Starting with the general requirements on the company's operation maintenance,this thesis presents the information system function requirements in basic information management,failure information management,maintenance operation management and machine maintenance resource management,establishes the requirement analysis and related use case models.On these basis the system architecture and module design scheme are presented,followed by the software implementation and test methods.This machine maintenance operation information management system has the browser/serve architecture with its front-end to provide maintenance operation business support to manager,engineer and system technician users and its back-end to provide non-interactive data processing support to workflows in maintenance operational transactions.The software has three layer structure to support system's scalability,flexibility and extensibility demands on software function updating and upgrading.This software system is programmed with C# language and Oracle database server platform in the running environment of Windows.It has undergone running tests which shows that it can comparatively well meet its development objectives and,as a result,significantly improves the accuracy,timeliness,completeness and reliability in the company's machine resource maintenance operations...
