| Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, China has advanced action of the construction of informatization. Government and public institutions are improving their own operation and maintenance management systems, IT operation management is being confronted with trial. The paper takes the police informatization as the backfround, designs and implements related techniques in IT operation and maintenance system.The paper is based on the information management platform of Department of Public Security of Sichuan Province and completed part of the system design and implementation. The platform aims at meeting the daily routine needs of the department and realizing the maintenance informatization in different departments via various subsystems. The resource management subsystem works on the monitoring and management of information resource; the operation management subsystem implements the operation and management flow; The service management subsystem ensures the daily routine work of the information center, and finally theuniversal portal subsystem offers a way to display the platform.This paper firstly describes an overview of the current operation and maintenance industry, and describes the research background of the information and communications business management platform, then introduces the information and communication technology route, target and so on. The paper elaborates the overall architecture and function module of the platform, and then details the design and implementation of resource management subsystem and business management subsystem which I am primarily responsible for. It gives the development background of each subsystem and construction needs, function composition, as well as the detailed implementation. The last module of this paper is a series of tests and the overall platform FBI for the part I am responsible for. I analysis and process the test cases, and improve the design defects and deficiencies of the system. |
