University education is a very complex system; the numerous factors will affectthis system. To make this system work normally, we need a good guidance mechanismand regulation. Teaching evaluation is an important measure which safeguards thequality of teaching and satisfies the request of society.The former teaching evaluation method was quite primitive. In that time, we usedquestionnaires and carried on the data collection through questionnaires, after that, wecarried on the artificial simple statistics to obtain the results. Along with the computerinformation technology’s development, it has brought the gospel for the traditionalteaching evaluation. If using the present information technology and campus net, weestablish a teaching evaluation system. Through this system, we can realizes thequestionnaire information analysis and feedback, so as to realize the whole process ofteaching evaluation, greatly saving manpower and material resources.In view of the above background, the database technology, using B/S structure,combining with the ASP.NET technology, realize the teaching evaluation of the variousfunctional modules. At the same time, we combined with hierarchy analysis and fuzzymathematics method, to make the evaluation more scientific and objective. The mainfunctions of this system mainly are the login module, login module, evaluation module,results inquiry module and student feedback module.In this paper, we introduce the background and significance of the research, andexplain present situation of the domestic and foreign teaching evaluation system; Thenit introduces the concept of teaching evaluation, evaluation model, evaluation methodand other teaching evaluation concept; then we introduce the demand analysis and thefeasibility analysis(Analysis of economic feasibility, technical feasibility analysis andfeasibility analysis) of the teaching evaluation system. We carry the design of system,including the overall design and detailed design. Next, expound the teaching evaluationsystem for the overall design and detailed design. On this basis, teaching evaluation aredescribed, the implementation was tested by multiple test cases and found that thesystem functions in line with expectations.
