RFID technology have introduced in more and more libraries. But currently RFID inventory car is using artificial way. This topic design and research a kind of automatic inventory car. It uses ultrasonic ranging as guidance, and has the automatic obstacle avoidance function, to achieve automatic walking in the library. And tjis topic design a tooth clutch structure driven by motor in the chassis. It become convenient to transform between artificial and automatic walking. This topic design an automatic arm with two degrees of freedom of up-down and near-far on the car. It can make the RFID antenna moving accurately on the two degrees of freedom, then reaching the best position to scan the target book. This topic design the mechanical structure of every module by Creo, and do necessary stress analysis and intensity check for key parts. Select and process various components depend on working condition and mission requirements, and complete the final assembly. Using Altium Designer to design the hardware circuit of each module, and make the PCB. This topic design and debug the control program of each module by K60 library function. Using PID algorithm to control the movement of the car and complete a preliminary PID parameter setting.
