The Design And Implementation Of County And Municipal Government Investment Project Management Information System

In order to keep up with the international economic situation,China put forward the concept of economic innovation,to accelerate economic development.In this process,the particularity of government departments based on forward-looking government information,asks the government to invest in some new projects,and change the traditional way of investment to diversified,multi-channel and diversified development.Through the country's drive,China wants to promote the development of local economy.In order to improve the management mode of government investment projects and improve work efficiency,the government investment project management system based on information technology comes into being.This paper studies the investment project management system for the county and municipal governments.Towards to the own job experience,this paper takes the Pulandian municipal government investment project as the research focus,and carefully designs and implements Pulandian capital project management information system.To achieve this,this paper analyzes the present situation of investment project management mode of the governments for us and abroad,and the government investment funds on this system at the same time.This paper chooses the Java language and J2EE framework to design the system,using B/S structure to build it and using Server SQL 2008 as the database.In the actual development,according to the actual situation of Pulandian government and the summary of the current problems,this paper formalizes the final projects demand of the government investment management information system.In the design phase,based on the projects demand,this paper considers the software development in the various functional modules of the system design,interface design and method design.After analyzing and optimizing the management process of government investment projects,the project management information system is coded by achieving a complete set of functions:project classification,entry,retrieval,project approval and other functions.Finally,the functional test of the developed system is implemented by function test,pressure test,performance test,and reliability test.In this paper,the standardized and scientific methods are adopted to manage the Pulandian municipal government investment projects,to achieve the accurate management on the key steps of the government investment project management system.In the technical aspects,fully integrated of B/S mode,JSP technology,database technology,software testing and other information technology,this paper designs and implements the Pulandian municipal government investment project management information system.The research work of this thesis can improve the management of Pulandian municipal government investment project integration and informationization level;meanwhile inspire the similar investment project management information systems of other county and municipal governments.
