| In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s social and economicdevelopment, fiscal revenue increased year by year, investment in expanding thescale of local government. With urban infrastructure construction, environmentalremediation construction projects dominated government investment growth in thenumber of large-scale, local government as a regional manager, how effectiveagainst many forms of government investment in the construction of complex projectmanagement, is a urgent need for research to answer questions.This paper analyzes the construction and management features at this stage thegovernment investment projects, and project management system based onknowledge, identify the shortcomings of the current government investment andconstruction project management work exist. The paper put forward the XichengDistrict should establish a set of project management information system to improveits management efficiency.The paper analyzes the system requirements. through adequate preliminaryresearch, comprehensive design, analysis, using information as a way to achieve bothcompliance with the PMBOK content, and consistent with the current localgovernment project management of government investment projects the actualsituation management systems. The system includes project library subsystem projectfunding approval system, the budget targets management systems, financialmanagement systems, and disbursement of funds reporting system and othersubsystems module, the full realization of the need for government investment fundmanagement of construction projects.Based on the system requirement analysis, the paper design the managementinformation system, including hardware and software configuration design, systemdesign, database design.Full use of the system, to help the local government financial managementdepartment of government investment to achieve a scientific project management,fine, in order to achieve a better social and economic development. |
