Customer relationship management(CRM)is the use of modern computer science,management,research and other disciplines of knowledge,the operation of the market,sales,service automation management of a science and technology.Customer relationship management is more efficient to provide customers with satisfactory,attentive service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.This management concept through the realization of software technology to form a customer relationship management system.The system around the modern enterprise marketing "customer-centric" this idea,and is widely accepted and used.Compared with the traditional enterprise management theory,the customer-oriented marketing management system can guide the enterprises to do all the activities around the users.Thus get better customer satisfaction and loyalty,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The CRM system designed in this paper is aimed at small and medium-sized cosmetics retailing enterprises,combined with the actual characteristics of small and medium-sized consumer goods marketing such as cosmetics.Based on CRM technology and theory,the system needs to be analyzed first,and then the main problems to be solved.Design,including database design and software design,followed by the use of the current popular programming language production software.Finally,the software produced by the test.Through the design of the software to help these enterprises to achieve a systematic customer information management,enhance operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.
