| With the rapid development of the technology of the database and the wide application of administrative system, enterprises can accumulate more and more data with a lot of important information behind it. The present database system can carry out such functions as inputting, modification, counting, inquiring high-efficiently, but it can neither find relationship and rules that exist in the data, nor can it predict the development trend in the future according to the existing data.This paper has studied the application of data mining technology in the computer- assisted decision-making, price-offering theory, construction and analysis method of bid decision support system model, and then an assisted decision-making system for bid price-offering, which is based on data mining., has also been devised . Firstly, this paper gives a brief account of some knowledge related to data mining technology and decision-making system; discusses the application of data mining technology and assisted decision-making; introduces the organization of data in assisted decision-making system and the process of data mining.Then, it tries to investigate the bid opportunity decision-making model, analogy project illegibility analysis model and application, bid price-offering Bayes decision-making model and analysis method. And some tache and requirements in the application process are analyzed by means of some case studies. Function of some basic theories in Efficacy theory and application method in tendering and bidding in the decision-making is also explained through efficacy decision-making tree. Calculation method of bidding enthusiasm coefficient, price-offering departure coefficient, cost dynamic coefficient, and strength credit coefficient are put forward and studied tentatively through integrated analysis of those models. The database for bidding has been designed and built up through analysis of decision-making process of a bid, combined with the situation of the existing database. |
