Museum is a nonprofit,permanent institution in the service of society and its development, open to the public,which acquires,conserves,researches,communicates and exhibits the tangible and intangible heritage of humanity and its environment for the purposes of education,study and enjoyment.The museum visitor study is an important way to understand the visitors and the museum themselves.After a period of development,our country's museum visitor study has achieved some success,but there are still some problems such as narrow areas of research,simple method,the lack of theoretical and systematic issues.The further progress of the museum visitor study based on much more practical research.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the study motivation, study purpose, study object and the review of predecessors' research.The second chapter mainly explains the research method,the concrete design and the implementation.This study was carried out in the Terracotta Warrior Museum in Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted on student groups. After the end of the investigation,the survey data were analyzed by statistical analysis software SPSS, and collated with the interviews, and then come out with the results.The third chapter is analyze the basic characteristics of the student group,the feature of visiting and the visitors'psychology.Meanwhile,cross-analysis the questionnaire results with former features, and particular case studies.The fourth chapter is the conclusion.Summarizes the achievements and the cognition of this research,puts forward the suggestion and the reflection,with a wish that this research will be helpful to the future work and the study of the museum.
