A Study On The Risk Management Of SME Based On The Competitive Intelligence

In the information age and knowledge background, the crisis happened frequently, risk management has become a problem of our country's enterprises must face.In recent years, our country small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) failures phenomenon appear constantly, this phenomenon has caused the great attention of society and the government.Along with our country economic structure is upgrading transformation, plus the international economic situation is complicated, the risk of small and medium-sized enterprises will face more and more.Many small and medium-sized enterprise industry types, large number, but its anti-risk ability is weak, relatively at a disadvantage in the fierce market competition. With the deepening of the understanding of competitive intelligence, competitive intelligence in small and medium-sized enterprise risk management activities plays an increasingly important role, but there is a very obvious phenomenon, the application of competitive intelligence of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is very lack.This paper attempts to provide the majority of SMEs for decision-makers a set of scientific and feasible, effective, easy to implement and risk management operations based on this purpose, from the perspective of competitive intelligence to study the risk management of SMEs, in order to make managers to fully understand the importance of risk management in the thoughts, clear and specific content of the SME risk management in the work, and master the implementation process based on competitive intelligence risk management.Article first has carried on the simple review about the connotation of the competitive intelligence and SMEs risk management, including the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, present situation and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprise risk management, the demand for competitive intelligence,and then based on the research of small and medium enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises of the demand for competitive intelligence in the risk management and competitive intelligence work status was analyzed, and finally discusses the competitive intelligence of small and medium-sized enterprise risk management system, finally presented based on competitive intelligence of small and medium-sized enterprise risk management of the implementation of the safeguard measures.
