| The purchase-sale-storage(PSS)system in this thesis is quite essential to an enterprise.If an enterprise lacks the data management,its important information cannot be accessed and statistically analysed,which is not helpful to the enterprise’s development.As a result,the system will be short of basic information.The clerk information is usually maintained by the administrative manager;the supplier information,the commodity information and the client information is maintained by the clerk;and the system administrator can achieve all the functions mentioned above.The PSS system is technically correlated to the data base and programming language of Microsoft.In order to save the post-sale cost,the system is developed into 3layers,which are respectively in charge of different functions.The PSS system employs Microsoft to develop related platform.The data base is SQL Serve 2008 management platform.The programming language is C#,and the programming platform is MVS 2010.The PSS system also utilizes some other development tools such as PD15 for data base design and Visio for procedure design.The functions of the PSS system are realized as follows:Security management: PSS system adopts permission management to control the user login.Whether the user name and the password are correct decide whether you can successfully login.The supplier information maintenance: After entering the system,the salesman is able to add the supplier data,which is in accordance with the supplier’s basic information.After that,the salesman can inquire the supplier information he appends.What’s more,the salesman can revise and delete the supplier information.The commodity information maintenance: After entering the system,the salesman is able to add the commodity data,which is in accordance with the commodity basic information.After that,the salesman can inquire the commodity information he appends.What’s more,the salesman can revise and delete the commodity information.The client information maintenance: After entering the system,the salesman is able to add the client data,which is in accordance with the client’s basic information.After that,the salesman can inquire the client information he appends.What’s more,the salesman can revise and delete the client information.The clerk information maintenance: After entering the system,the administrative personnel is able to add the clerk data,which is in accordance with the clerk’s basic information.After that,the administrative personnel can inquire the clerk information he appends.What’s more,he can revise and delete the clerk information.This research intends to realize the PSS system,promote enterprises’ business progress,and improve enterprises’ information management.This research also aims at popularizing and applying the system after its software development is achieved. |
