Enterprise informalization is an important part of society informalization. To achieve improvement in management, creativity and reform of enterprise, it's inevitable to advance management, market adaptability, and comprehensive market competitive ability by means of enterprise informalization. But enterprise informalization, and management informalization particularly is a long term, complex and systemic project rely on high rank authorities.Enterprise resource plan (ERP) is main part of enterprise management informalization at present. And planning, purchase, storage management are crucial in the implementation of ERP and CRM. Under the condition of more than 10 years of running for our factory's financial system, we made the decision of taking the implementation of material flow management system (include plan, purchase, storage and finance) as the first round of management informalization based on the principles of considering reality, carrying out step by step and avoiding risk.The development, management system, main functions of ERP and its combination to material flow system of our factory are introduced in the first part of this paper. Then discussing my own research on how to determine, normalize and optimize operation flow under the condition of maximizing its feasibility to make sure new operation flow based on computer system can be accepted by operators. My research also includes the combination of advantage information system and current enterprise reality in the whole system design. We achieved adaptability of information system in flexible reconfiguration of operations, organizations and auditing flow without alteration of key operation nodes. Finally, my own experience in the informalization of state owned enterprise and how to become a confident information system manager are introduced.
