The Design And Implementation Of Purchase-sale-storage System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

In the process of the economy development in our country,small and medium-sized enterprises are in higher status.As I know,there's lots of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country in various fields.With changing of customers' needs,the relationship between enterprises and customers is getting closer and closer in the process of economic globalization.The management is getting close and intensive.Business processes are being regularized.These make network guaranteed.What's more,it also makes enterprises dream come true.Our countryhas already entered information society but level is still not that high.It's still need to research and develop how to get more closer between upstream and downstream customers with enterprises themselves.Under the premise,the system is based on C/S,JAVA and SQL server in order to devise a suitable,convenience Purchase-sale-storage System for enterprises.C/S structure means Client/Server structure.It's based on software systems and architectures.Through assigning the task to Client and Server rationally,C/ S mode has reduced the communication cost ofthe system.It also can fully utilize the advantage of hardware environment of both ends.According to the employees who involved in the system and what function they may use,we elaborate through purchase,sale,storage and finance.Also including what information we need to input in each function and so on.What's more,we need to analyze customer needs in order to consider the performance effect of system hardware operation.At design stage,we need to design the overall architecture of the system at first.We will create a Sequence diagram of purchase,sale,storage,finance,statistics and so on.What we should input in every step and what data is involved.What to display after input.If it's wrong,then we need to correct it till it's right.Everything is done until the input arecorrect.Secondly,we will give detailed design of the system by using Java language.Every function has its own character and it involved in different data.After designing,output screen to check.If there's something wrong,correct it.At last,we should realize the function and test of the system.By testing whether the system can be expected to be output,if the answer is negative,it needs to be debugged,until the desired results are obtained.At the end,we summarize the whole system.There are lots of placesin the system to be improved in future.
