On Circulation Efficiency Promotion Under "Internet + Circulation"

With the development of the internet,the new circulation mode,management idea and mode of operation has triggered a new round of the circulation revolution.The proposal of the ”internet+ ” also deepens the mutual penetration and integration of Internet and circulation industry.In May 2015,the Prime minister Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet+" Action;before long,the ministry of commerce issued "Internet +circulation" Action plan,aiming to promote the transformation and upgrading of circulation industry,accelerate the circulation industry informatization construction and establish a safe and effective circulation system.The paper,based on the theory of transaction cost theory,supply chain and circulation channel structure theory,analyzed the mechanism which reduce the circulation cost and improve the efficiency with the “Internet +circulation” methods.Setting about the impact of the mobile payments,e-business and modern logistics,the paper analyzed the big data,cloud technology and data mining technology on how to reduce cost and improve the utilization rate of fragmentation time and upgrade logistics "wisdom" to improve the efficiency of circulation.At the same time,the paper analyzed the circulation efficiency of the development trend in 2007-2014 using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all,by relevant data collection and using DEA model to simulate the circulation efficiency of decomposition,the paper decomposed the technical efficiency into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Second,using stata12.0 do regression analysis on the Internet and comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,decomposing the impact the Internet has on circulation efficiency into the influence that the Internet has on the pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency.Finally,drawing a conclusion through comparing related regression results.The results indicate that the overall level of circulating efficiency in our country each year is not high enough and fails to meet technical level effectively.Comprehensive efficiency level fluctuation is obvious,and was strongly influenced by the scale efficiency at the same time.Internet factors are positive correlation of the circulation of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,which indicates that the development of the Internet played a positive role in promoting the efficiency of circulation.The results also show that in addition to internet factors,the circulation efficiency is also influenced by logistics standard,retail scale and retail chain level.
