Research On The Influence Of The Popularization Of Internet Technology On The Operating Efficiency Of Health Insurance

With the expansion of the scale of health insurance premium and the increase of the demand for insurance,the problem of the efficiency of health insurance operation has also begun to appear.With the rapid popularization of Internet technology,insurance companies can make use of their advantages to realize the diversification of health insurance products,the precision of pricing and the comprehensive service,which can improve the efficiency of enterprise health insurance operation to a certain extent.In this context,this thesis takes the popularization of Internet technology as the entry point to study the operating efficiency of health insurance in China.First,the development status and operating efficiency of health insurance in China are expounded theoretically,including the development history and operating subjects of health insurance.And through the health insurance premium income compensation situation to analyze the current health insurance operating efficiency.Secondly,based on analysis of insurance demand theory such as the popularity of the Internet technology to our country management efficiency of the health effects of the path,then based on the 19 health enterprise data from 2010 to 2019 as sample with SBM model for health insurance efficiency is calculated,the results found that the management efficiency of the industry as a whole exists room for improvement in recent years,and the low pure technical efficiency is the important reason for the lower comprehensive inefficient.Then,Tobit model is used to analyze the influence of Internet technology popularization on the development efficiency of health insurance based on the calculated efficiency value.The results show that the popularization of Internet technology has a significant positive effect on the pure technical efficiency of health insurance operation,and the factors such as enterprise size,operating expense ratio and enterprise return rate also affect the operating efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,for enterprises with higher market share,the development of Internet technology has a greater positive impact on their health insurance operation efficiency.The larger the asset scale,the stronger the inhibition effect of the popularization of Internet technology on the scale efficiency.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and empirical results,relevant suggestions are provided for Chinese insurance enterprises to improve the efficiency of health insurance operation.
