With the development of automatic control technology,the military application puts forward higher requirements on accuracy,response speed and other performance indicators for the leveling control system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the leveling accuracy and shorten the leveling time.This thesis studies on the automatic leveling control system of a vehicle platform,and it analyzes its performance requirements and supporting characteristics,then develops and designs a hydraulic leveling control system based on frequency conversion speed regulation.The system is used to perform a real-time monitoring for the performance of platform work,which uses PLC as the controller,using MATLAB GUI design interface to achieve a rapid and stable control.According to the overall technical requirements on the leveling control system,on the basis of the general researches and development trend,we determine the leveling control system with hydraulic transmission,four-point rigid support and frequency control technology after the comparisons and analysis in transmission,supporting,speed and leveling.By establishing the static model of the platform,analyzing horizontal state and non-horizontal state respectively,then the relationship between the supporting force and the vehicle platform inclination angle is obtained.Through the comparison and analysis on the commonly used leveling methods,we can select the best leveling method,including leveling methods and leveling process.It makes a comprehensive analysis and the design for the hydraulic and the electrical control parts of the platform,also makes a type selection of the main hydraulic components and the electrical components.According to the leveling process,the hardware and software of the automatic th0065 leveling control system are finally designed and developed.The field test results show that the leveling system can meet the overall requirements and achieve expected results,and that the accuracy of leveling can reachabout 0.1 degrees,and that the leveling time is less than 1 minutes.
