Currently, most vehicle-onboard missile systems need to be converted from a vehicle traveling state to a high precision stable platform, and its control methods are different for various vehicles. Using MCU or PLC to control high precision leveling for vehicles has become a significant development trend for mobile missile systems, and intelligent control technique of the corresponding onboard software system is one of the key technologies.A vehicle-onboard stabilized platform of mobile missile system can achieve a variety of specific postures under wild special road conditions, which is pledged to meet the needs of the overall weapon system launch requirements. A stabilized platform is bound to get better mobility and static characteristic if advanced intelligent control techniques are adopted in its design.This subject brings forward a research and design for intelligent control techniques of vehicle-onboard stabilized platform in order to improve the control precision, rapid response capability, stability and other performance indicators, so that the platform can quickly adapt to the application needs of weapon systems.Firstly, the thesis analyzed and compared vehicle-onboard stabilized platform for the control principle and work pattern of automatic leveling control system, and introduced the development and application of intelligent control hardware module and intelligent control theory in on-board control system.Secondly, according to the general system requirements, this thesis focuses on the leveling strategy of control system and proposes the leveling method, which combines angle error control and position error control together to fully achieve the advantage of fast and accurate leveling, to reduce the likelihood of a "false leg".Finally, the hardware and software for the automatic leveling control system have been developed and completed, including initialization module, self-test module, leveling module and recovery module. The results of the single board and whole system testing prove that the control system runs well and can meet the general task requirements.After being successfully developed, the vehicle-onboard stabilized platform can be applied to a variety of in-vehicle weapon launch systems, missile launchers to achieve rapid conversion function. This thesis design concept, design method can also be applied to other vehicle control system designs.
