In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of technology,network transmission technology and multimedia data codec technology has made great progress,streaming media transmission technology came into being.These technologies are widely used in network multimedia services,such as video conferencing,video surveillance systems and IP video telephony.Most of the above operations are based on PC-side,but the streaming media data processing technology based on embedded device is not very common,especially the two-way transmission of video data,most applications only in the PC-side or mobile phone applications customized video calls such as QQ,WeChat,etc.The application on embedded devices,mainly in the voice intercom and one-way remote video surveillance,etc.Therefore,the two-way video transmission technology based on the embedded devices has high research significance and market value.This paper designs and realizes the two-way video transmission technology based on DM365,for video data's remote transmission,it must realize video data's acquisition,compression coding,decoding,uploading and receiving functions.Therefore,this design will use many kinds of technologies,such as video codec technology,LINUX device driver technology,network video transmission technology,quite complicated.To realize the former functions,we should choose one chip which has full functioning and also strong performance.And TI's TM320DM365 which based on DaVinci technology can totally meet the needs of this design.TM320DM365 can maximum support 720 P resolution video data's acquisition and encoding,at the same time support H.264 format encoding,support a variety of network protocols,It has great extensibility.TI provide DMAI(Davinci multi-media application interface)for TM320DM365 to deal with video data,greatly reducing the video-related application design costs.In order to realize the two-way transmission of video data,this paper designs several video processing modules based on DM365 as the core.From hardware to software,realize video data's acquisition,compression coding,decoding,uploading and receiving.This paper first introduces the background and development trend of video transmission technology,then introduce the development and weaknesses and strengths of H.264 video coding standard,and the network protocol witch has been usually used in network transmission.Then compare and analyze the mainstream video processing programs on the market,ultimately selected TM320DM365 as the core of the program,then design hardware and software.According to the two-way transmission,this paper divided the whole design into five module: video capture,video coding,video transmission,video reception and video decoding.Then introduce the design,implementation,communication and synchronization of five modules.And according to the specific needs of this technology,put forward a test method,analyze test results.Finally,according to the characteristics and shortcomings of this design,advance the summary and outlook.
