Design Of LTE Network Performance Analysis System For A Certain Operator

The LTE era,the flow of mobile Internet video,voice and information service experience based on user needs to become more fluent,multi-level,diversified,more obvious alternative to traditional single business,to a certain extent to the telecommunications industry data service consumption growth,but the traditional communication operators network operation greatly the challenge.For a long time,the key performance indicators KPI has been an important means to assess the quality of the operator network.Into the LTE era,the traditional KPI in the definition of coverage,connection rate,business interruption rate,handover success rate is still the key means to measure the level of network construction,as an important means of network quality assessment,KPI is the operator of important concern index.But at present,the traditional network quality evaluation system based on KPI has been difficult to adapt to the need of rapid development of data services,and can not establish a good relationship with the user's perception.A LTE network operators in the initial stage of network construction,lack of effective analysis means,so there is an urgent need for an effective analysis system to support the development of LTE business and network maintenance.Any network performance analysis method can only reflect the running quality of the network from a certain aspect,this paper believes that the traditional network quality evaluation system can not fully reflect the user's perception experience.This paper presents the design and implementation of system operators LTE network performance,the LTE network characteristics,system structure,main interface,the main type of business,the main performance index is introduced,followed by a LTE network operators business characteristics and the actual demand analysis and system design,the system adopts hierarchical distributed system architecture,modular the establishment of user experience system based on KQI performance,according to the KQI index system design application function,finally the system of quality of service are analyzed and demonstrated the system running effect function and user perception analysis function,system operators after a trial operation validation can be achieved to enhance the ability of network quality,enhance the user perception some operators,to help reduce the workload of maintenance,the maintenance cost is saved.
