In China's new medical reform background of the environment,the medical field appeared in many major changes and innovation concept,many nonprofit public hospitals and private hospitals gradually take the patient as the center,take the market as leading,to reform the operating system of the company.They actively follow up the pace of the times,the courage to explore and innovate,in business,technology,equipment,IT support systems and actively try and strive to improve,but in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,the profit space is more and more low in major hospitals,increasing competitive pressure,and hospital management by using information technology software upgrade when the basic emphasis on OA management,business function demand realization,rapid development in the age of the Internet,the Internet can learn from some of the business model and technical characteristics,in combination with the characteristics of the medical industry itself,try a new business model?This project is a public platform:the platform brings together the information of each big hospital/major companies and units/patients,establish the detailed information between each object in the medical activities of distance,based on this platform,derived functional convenience services,customer service service,the monitoring report analysis and promotion services,to a certain extent improve the hospital information construction level.The project integrated Internet,mobile communication technology and medical service feature,technical framework on the introduction of the system,Internet product development mature technology such as before and after the end of separation/separation/static page static/distributed cache/message queue and so on,business framework is implemented on the medical e-commerce,convenience services,medical account management,marketing service strategy,customer credit classification management,customer service,recharge/settlement,customer information management,customer complaints and suggestions,comments,comprehensive analysis,marketing share customer monitoring reports and other functions.The author participated in the core module of the system(three/model/account management settlement management)research,demand analysis,design and development work,while the other modules of the system also has the function of the whole system to do a detailed introduction and analysis.
