Design And Implementation Of Retiree Management System And Medical Insurance Settlement Function In Chongqing Iron And Steel Group

China's aging trend is becoming increasingly serious.Chongqing Iron and Steel Group,as a 100-year-old steel enterprise,has taken over the management of the former Chongqing Iron and Steel retirees after the judicial restructuring.There are now more than24,000 retired workers.However,there is no information management system to manage such a huge amount of personnel information,only using DBF Viewer database browsing.Tools for simple data storage.Reimbursement of retirees' related expenses involves a large number of people,involves many types of expenses,occupies more human resources and complicated procedures,so how to quickly retrieve retirees' information,save such huge data conveniently and quickly,realize electronic reimbursement,reduce labor costs,reduce safety and stability risks,and improve work efficiency It is an urgent problem to be solved in the management of the retirees in Chongqing Iron and Steel Group.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the management of the retirees in Chongqing Iron and Steel Group to build a new management system for the retirees and upgrade the settlement function of medical insurance.This paper firstly introduces the status quo of the management of the retirees in Chongqing Iron and Steel Group Corporation,summarizes the management and reimbursement process of the retirees in this enterprise,analyzes and diagnoses the status quo and problems of the management of the retirees in Chongqing Iron and Steel Group Corporation,and puts forward the purpose and significance of developing this system.Secondly,the management of retirees,reimbursement of supplementary medical insurance,reimbursement of meals for old workers and injuries,and payment of hospitalization consolation fees were simply combed and systematically analyzed.Finally,the software development tools and related technologies that the system needs to adopt are compared and analyzed,and the retiree management system design scheme based on C/S technology framework is determined.The system database is designed and developed.Each functional module of the system is designed and implemented.The system has good operability,and the test results are displayed and tested.The reliability of the system is verified.Although the above design system is still in the data testing period,it has effectively improved the efficiency of enterprise information management for retirees,and reduced the cost of manpower,capital,security and stability risks.
