The Design And Implementation Of Hybrid IT Service Management Mobile Application

With the popularity of smart phones,mobile internet now has increasing influence in daily life.Mobile applications have become the mainstream of development which have to support three major mobile operating systems of IOS,Android and Windows Phone.As three major operating systems do not support each other,applications require multiple development in view of different systems.Therefore,cross-platform application development has been the top priority of technological development.Under the frame of more and more complex IT system,new challenges have been brought to department management,system control and maintenance with higher demands for IT service management.In order to meet the requirements of rapid and efficient office in mobile internet mode,construction of IT service management system needs not only traditional B/S structure,but also development for cross-platform applications.In this article,the author has designed and realized IT service management system with cross-platform applications in B/S structure,taking the IT service management system of Suzhou Raltransit Company as application background.Research results of this particle can be summarized as follows: 1.The author has analyzed the theoretical basis and technical characteristics of mobile application development,explained the development and trend of IT service management in the view of cross-platform applications and put forward opinions and new ideas about its development.2.In the design of IT service management,the system is divided into server terminal and mobile application terminal.3.During the development of server terminal,ITIL philosophy is applied to the overall design of IT service management.In addition,springMVC+iBATIS structure,Activiti process engine and other technologies are adopted to realize the development of server terminal.4.The mobile development tool,IBM Mobile First,is used in mobile application terminal of IT service management and Cordova is adopted to achieve the development of cross-platform applications.For the development and design of IT service management system in Suzhou Railtransit Company,the author has explained the design ideas and specific implementation steps for prototype system in detail according to four stages of demand research,design,development and implementation.Current mainstream development technologies and concepts as well as practical application in the same field with same scales have been adopted in this article,which has a certain significance of reference and promotion.
