Design And Implementation Of Community Policing Information Management System

At present computer technology has been widely applied to all walks of life, its advantages are gradually revealed. Based on the above reasons, more and more areas began to promote informatization construction, including the community industry. But the current information management system of community policing informatization level is not high, still use the traditional manual mode to community policing management information, this model not only low efficiency, also requires a lot of human cost to meet the demand of the existing management. In this context, according to the public security information management needs company to build a new information management system of community policing system become the inevitable development trend.This thesis is based on web design and development of community policing management system. Based on community policing management, investigation and analysis of existing management business process, identified the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Thesis research work can be summarized as the following three aspects:(1) the overall scheme of choice: first, the analysis of B/S and C/S mode and comprehensive community public security management company management requirements, on the basis of community policing management system based on B/S model design and development, and the function realization based on the J2 EE platform. On the basis of demand analysis, in the form of flow chart of system function module in detail design, including resident information management, public announcement management, property management, residents contacts management, system maintenance, and other functions, such as five parts.(3) The implementation of community policing management system: on the basis of system analysis and design, carried out the function of the system implementation.System has been used successfully to community policing management business, realize the automation of the community policing management information management, community residents through information that is relevant to the system can grasp the community staff can realize the efficient management of community policing management information, which can provide reference for other community policing management company.
